*The food information for the festival venue below is from the previous year's (2025) festival, and the 2026 festival information is currently being updated.*To commemorate the Great Battle of Hansan in Tongyeong, one of the three great victories of the Imjin War, and Admiral Yi Sun-sin, the hero who saved the nation, the festival aims to become a global festival that everyone, regardless of age or gender, can enjoy. It will introduce various programs, including traditional cultural content from Tongyeong, as well as the latest exhibitions, performances, and experiences, around the victory day, which is the 7th day of the 7th lunar month (August 14th on the solar calendar). This festival represents Korea as a patriotic, historical re-enactment, and character-focused event, while also being enjoyed by people worldwide.
