Seodaemun Spring Light Festival

About the Festival

The Seodaemun Spring Light Festival is a festival where visitors can enjoy various cultural performances while admiring Hongje Falls, a waterfront attraction in the city, along with 3,000 cherry trees on Ansan Mountain. Main programs such as Madangnori (traditional Korean outdoor performance), Spring Light Concert, and Seodaemun Spring Light King of Kings Contest will be held for three days at Hongje Falls Plaza. At Ansan Cherry Blossom Square, Seodaemun Cherry Blossom Festival, art song concerts, and family musicals will take place. From April 6th to April 12th, busking performances will be held twice daily. You can see them at Ansan Cherry Blossom Square at 12 PM and at Cafe Waterfall Deck at 3 PM. In addition, scenic lighting and photo zones, allowing visitors to enjoy the cherry blossoms in various ways, will be operated from April 1st to April 30th.
