About the Festival

From April 11th for two days, Gyeyangcheon, Gimpo's famous cherry blossom spot, will be colored with pink excitement! This festival is prepared as a meaningful event where citizens themselves become the protagonists, going beyond simple viewing. Time to focus on nature: As the name "Oroshi Cherry Blossom" suggests, you can enjoy true relaxation amidst the pure beauty that nature offers. A stage created by citizens: Ukulele and magic performances by graduates of the Citizens' Art School add to a warmer atmosphere of harmony. Emotional recharge complete: Busking performances, photo zones, and comfortable resting areas are available.

About the Festival

1. Busking Performances: Consists of family-friendly programs including music performances of various genres such as jazz, popera, and rock bands, as well as magic shows, circus acts, and balloon shows. 2. Experiential Programs: Operation of experiential flea markets, farmer's markets linked with local farms, and public policy promotion booths. 3. Cherry Blossom Photo Zone: Operation of night lighting conveying a "spring" message and cherry blossom photo zones in some sections. 4. Food Zone: Operation of food booths by the Gimpo Bon-dong neighborhood head association and food trucks through open recruitment. 5. Others: Operation of cherry blossom resting areas, "life shot" assistants (photography staff), etc.
