About the Festival
The 'Jeju Food & Wine Festival (JFWF),' Jeju's representative gourmet festival, is a cultural event that promotes the value of Jeju's fresh ingredients and its gourmet culture both domestically and internationally through dishes utilizing these pristine ingredients. Celebrating its 11th anniversary this year, it will be held across Jeju from May 23rd to June 13th under the keyword 'Back to the Essence.' A variety of programs will be offered, including: 'Gala Dinner,' where you can enjoy a 6-course formal pairing dinner presented by top star chefs from home and abroad; 'Gourmet Week,' an experience of gourmet food through collaborations with chefs, celebrities, and brands, centered around establishments representing Jeju's fine dining; 'Gourmet Dinner,' featuring Jeju's representative establishments and star chefs showcasing dishes centered on Jeju pork, a key ingredient; the practical 'Master Chef Class,' where you can directly experience and communicate with Gourmet Dinner chefs about their recipes and cooking secrets; 'Dessert Fair,' where you can enjoy Jeju's representative desserts and popular cafes in one place; 'Gourmet Symposium,' expanding gourmet trends into lifestyle and understanding them through listening and all five senses; 'Movie Poobie,' a special outdoor screening event where you can enjoy gourmet films against the backdrop of Sanbangsan Mountain; and 'Wine & Traditional Liquor Tasting,' held at a traditional Jeju hotel with a sea view, inheriting a 150-year-old fishing village. The Jeju Food & Wine Festival 2026 will be held across Jeju, including Jeju Shinhwa World, Jeju CS Hotel, Jeju Halla University, and 200 Gourmet Spoon restaurants throughout Jeju. A portion of the proceeds will be donated as scholarships for nurturing future chef talents.
