About the Festival

In April, the month of science, Korea's representative science festival, \"2026 Korea Science Festival,\" arrives. This festival, held alongside the 7th Korea Science and Technology Fair, is a special event where you can explore research achievements representing 60 years of science and technology, as well as new future-growth science and technology, all in one place.\nUnder the theme of \"Imagination Becomes Everyday: Changed Daily Life, Approaching Future,\"\nit will be held for three days from April 24th to April 26th at Hall 4 of KINTEX, Ilsan.\nVarious programs linking research achievements, experiences, and culture will unfold, allowing attendees to naturally experience how science and technology X AI have already become a part of our daily lives.\nAt the 2026 Korea Science Festival, held in April, the month of science, you will vividly experience the achievements and challenges of Korean science and technology, and a future where imagination unfolds in daily life.

1. Integrated Opening Ceremony\n- Integrated opening ceremony for the 2026 Korea Science Festival and the 7th Korea Science and Technology Fair\n2. Special Pavilions\n- Theme Pavilion: Exhibition of research achievements from national research institutions commemorating their 50th-60th anniversaries\n- Policy Pavilion: Expressing Korea's future where the achievements of Korean science and technology meet the results of failures accumulated during the process\n3. National R&D Zone\n- Exhibition of representative research achievements from government-funded research institutions that have changed daily life over the past 60 years, etc.\n4. Future Life Zone\n- Future technology based on robots and AI, human-technology interaction experience programs, exhibition of outstanding corporate achievements, etc.\n5. Culture & Experience Zone\n- Participatory science and culture experience programs integrating science and technology, AI, culture, and art, etc.\n6.
