About the Festival
This festival is a local cultural event held from April 3rd to April 5th. The festival schedule is composed of various performances and experiential programs operating by time slot, centered around the main stage and a subsidiary stage. During the event, performance programs such as Gangseo Golden Bell, Cherry Blossom Cultural Performance with Family, Youth Pink K-POP Dance, Busking Performances, and OST Mini Live are included. Additionally, cultural and artistic programs such as Garam Baekiljang (Writing Contest) & Riverside Drawing Contest, local cultural performances, and a Choir Festival are operated. Opening and closing celebratory performances are prepared, including a schedule to mark the beginning and end of the festival. Around the event venue, participatory programs such as a cherry blossom walking event, a Pungmulpae parade, and pre-show performances are structured. As supplementary programs, experiential spaces such as an inline skating rink, an "N-running" program, and nature play experiences are available. The festival also features a "Freedom Street" area with food trucks and a flea market. The central square is characterized by an event space configuration including a family zone, kids zone, cherry blossom playground, and healing zone, making it a local cherry blossom cultural festival.
