About the Festival

The 2026 National Assembly Open Event is an event designed to open up the National Assembly grounds to the public during the spring season, providing opportunities for rest and cultural experiences in the city center. During the event period, emotional resting spaces, experience programs, a mini theme park for children, performances, and cultural programs will be operated primarily around the National Assembly lawn. In particular, the event aims to create a spring atmosphere by removing the National Assembly walls and utilizing the open space with cute character air sculptures and flower balloon decorations. It will also feature a relaxation zone with beanbags on the lawn and emotional busking programs. Furthermore, play facilities, including an extra-large air bounce for children, will be set up to provide an experiential environment for families to enjoy together. Visitors can enjoy various experiences and leisure activities on the wide lawn, and the event is operated as an open event structured to allow the public to experience the National Assembly, a public space, in a more friendly way.

About the Festival

1. PLAY Playground: A delightful floating play space -Maze Air Bounce / Large Air Bounce (Available for heights 110-150cm) -Block Play, Hinoki Cypress Wood Play (Available for heights under 110cm) -Clown Balloon Art (Operates 11:00-16:00) *Some play facilities operate for 50 minutes, followed by 10 minutes for safety checks and sanitization. 2. PLAY Snacks: Mouth-watering sweet spring snacks -Mini Cotton Candy / Character Cotton Candy (Always operating) -Cherry Blossom Popcorn (Operates 13:00-16:00) 3.
