About the Festival

This festival, held to coincide with the cherry blossom blooming season, is one of Gyeongju's representative spring festivals. Not only can visitors admire the spectacular cherry blossoms, but they can also enjoy a variety of performances, experiences, and food. The Daereungwon Stone Wall Road section will be completely closed to traffic during the festival period, allowing visitors to enjoy the festival in a safer pedestrian environment. Special contents unique to the Gyeongju Daereungwon Stone Wall Road Festival include "Cherry Blossom Street Art Road," a delight for the eyes with various street arts like mime, dance, and circus; "Cherry Blossom Light," which brilliantly illuminates the cherry blossom tunnel every night; "Stone Wall Road Restaurant," where you can easily order with a QR code and use reusable containers; and "Playground on the Road," where you can embark on a journey into the world of childhood with your child and enjoy games together. * The festival may be postponed by one week depending on the cherry blossom blooming status.
