2026 Board Game Festa (Season 1)

About the Festival

The 'Board Game Festa' is a board game experience expo co-hosted by Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seoul Business Agency, and the Korea Board Game Industry Association. It has been held as 'Seoul Board Game Festa' since 2015, and from 2022, the Korea Board Game Industry Association has organized and managed the event under the name 'Board Game Festa'. This festival-type board game experience event is designed to widely promote board games as a global family play and educational culture, offering visitors board game experiences, board game competitions, and events to convey the unique joy of board games. Along with Board Game Con, which is supported by the Korea Creative Content Agency, it is widely known to the public as a representative content for board game experience events, and continuous events are planned with the goal of holding more than two events annually to vitalize the board game industry.

- Main Program: Board game experience - Ancillary Events and Programs: New board game exhibition (including upcoming releases) / Operation of new product experience zones by board game designers / Board game competitions (Rummikub, Junggo, Potion Explosion, Kimbap Chef, Coffee Rush, 3 types of abstract strategy games) / Board game discount sales zone operation / Exhibitor events (e.g., new game merchandise giveaway events), etc.
