About the Festival

In May, when the royal azaleas of Sobaeksan Mountain are in full bloom, the '2025 Yeongju Sobaeksan Royal Azalea Festival' will be held for two days from May 31st to June 1st at the Seocheon Embankment and Sobaeksan Mountain area in Yeongju. A variety of programs for the whole family to enjoy are prepared, including children's career experience (KidZania), flower healing camp (picnic zone), heavenly garden royal azalea photo zone, local co-prosperity market, and experience zone. Sobaeksan Healing Event will also be held in the Sobaeksan Mountain area to welcome hikers visiting Yeongju with excitement during the azalea blooming season. At the Yeongju Sobaeksan Royal Azalea Festival, you can enjoy the joy of love with your beloved family, lovers, and friends through exciting cultural and artistic experience programs such as the For:rest Picnic Concert and celebrity congratulatory performances.
