About the Festival
The Changdeokgung Moonlight Tour, held at Changdeokgung Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is a representative palace utilization content that has maintained its popularity for 17 years since its pilot operation began in 2010. The tranquil night view of Changdeokgung Palace, which can only be enjoyed through the Changdeokgung Moonlight Tour program, along with pavilions rich in stories and harmonious landscaping to match, shines even brighter with the commentary of professional guides and traditional art performances. The Changdeokgung Moonlight Tour starts from Geumhomun Gate of Changdeokgung Palace, passes through Jinseonmun Gate, Injeongjeon Hall, Huijeongdang Hall, Nakseonjae, and Sangnyangjeong Pavilion, allowing visitors to explore the Buyongji Pond, Aeryeonjeong Pavilion, Yeon-gyeongdang Hall, and the Palace Garden Forest Path, which are usually not easily accessible.
